Dah almost a month aku tak update blog... frust sbnarnye sbb kalau nak ikutkan macam2 aku nak update and cerita tapi takde cukup kesempatan utk aku buat mcm tu... Lagi plak bulan posa ni, bole balik cepat, masuk as usual kul 9am tapi bole balik kul 4.30 without taking 1 hr break. So bile rushing nak siapkan keje mane ade mase sgt nak update pas tu orang tua ni plak in n out from office bukannye bole agak, tetibe die terpacul sbelah aku mampus.. So skrg ni aku ade mase terluang skit, orang tua tu pun pegi meeting so aku bole update skit :-

Work

- so far aku masih okay bekerja kat sini, ade jgk kwn2 tolong carikan kat tmpt lain kat PJ la, KL la which aku takkan consider sbb jauh.. aku rase aku masih bole bertahan lagi. Able to understand my boss better lskrg ni agi pun i think he is developing me also .. ye la die bagi 2-3 project for me to run so i wont be doing the same routine work everyday for coming years. which is good if i take it positively. Tapi kdg2 benggang jgk sbb HOD yg sepatutnye buat bende tu mcm tak nak amik tau n tunggu aku punye instruction plak.. sbb nak present / ckp ngan boss aku takut, so kene la aku yg bercakap ngan orang tua ni. Honestly im quite okay and happy with my work now.

Family

- anak kembar aku ari ni dah genap 1 yr 4 mths n 17 days. Dah semakin lasak, dah bole berlari walaupun tak secepat aku tapi dah cukup buat aku penat bile kejar die kat Jusco kalau dilepaskan. Yang paling over Khadeeja la, dah pandai buat action nak pakai lipstick bile kite suruh, pagi2 bile aku tengah bersiap nak pegi keje die tengok jer pas tu die plak nak buat. Pas tu anak dara aku ni suka memanjat. Playpen kat umah tu die bole kuar sendiri which is sangat bahaya kalau die tak dpt balance kan badan bole jatuh kat lantai. Tak leh nak lepaskan n tinggalkan sorang2 nanti die panjat tangga sampai atas. Adik akan ikut je ape kakak die buat. Walker lagi la, die bole masuk and kuar as her wish to la.. yg tu dah terrer dah. Mulut pun bising.. membebel jer.. Adik tu senyap skit tapi observant, pas tu die punye senjata kalau kene tampar / pukul ngan kakak die ialah gigi die, die akan gigit sampai ade tinggal kesan.. kalau kene kat aku pun sakit inikan plak kene kat kakak die yg kecik molek tu. Tu sebab kene selalu perhati kalau dieorang main berdua, tak bole percaye kalau tak kakak tolak adik, si adik gigit kakak. tapi kalau mase sayang.. sayang sangat sampai cium mulut. Aku selalu ajar kakak supaya beralah / sharing dgn adik, kalau bagi makanan pun, aku bagi 2 kat kakak suruh die bagi 1 kat adik.

Nak raya ni aku dah siapkan baju melayu n baju kurung untuk dieorang sedondon ngan mama n papa die, bole amik family photo pagi raya nanti.. mesti cantik. Aku dah ajar anak2 aku salam cium tangan supaya dapat byk skit collection.. :-) bukan ape utk kegunaan dieorang jgk.

I was given a new assignment by my boss to co ordinate the CSR project for my hotel. Basically, CSR is a 'show we care' project to the communities and our contribution which will give mutual benefits. After discussed and we finalised to start with Basic Hotel Skill Training Program for the orphanages. The objective is to provide the underprivileged teenagers to learn the basic hotel skill i.e hskp - bed making, f&B - table set up and folding napkin, Kitchen - simple cookies / pastries, with this skill knowledge, hopefully they will able to use it for their future undertaking and able to stand alone eg. temporary job in hotel after finish SPM or who knows they might intrested to join hotel line as their permanent job.

So, i was searching for orphanages home who would like to enrol for this program. After call by call and browsing thru the Internet, i decided to work with Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih in Puchong ( http://www.rumahamallimpahankasih.com/) and contacted the Head / Guardian to further explain and discuss on the program to enroll the teenage age between 13 to 17 to join the program. As a start, we enroll 9 students to be divided into 3 section i.e. Hskp, f&b & Pastry. Alhamdullilah they agreed and look forward to come for training in our hotel. The training started on 19th July 08 and it will be 4 session until end Aug i.e 2nd Aug, 16th Aug and 30th Aug. So a week before the 1st training start, me and commitee members visited their home in Puchong (as pics attached) , sayu bercampur kesian bile aku tengok muka anak2 kecil yg tak tau ape2 lagi.. cume seronok nak main and get excited when we show a cake to celebrate birthday babies of the month. Bergenang air mata aku bile dieorang nyanyi lagu nasyid utk birthday, the lyrics is so touching.

Then, the following week which was 19th July, its their first training session in our hotel, we picked them up at about 10.00am using hotel van and reach hotel at 11.00am.. welcome them, brief on our hotel, brought them for hotel tour, lunch in our Kites Restaurant - they were so happy and excited. After that, we brought them to the training venue i.e. guest room, pastry kitchen and F&B outlet. Program of the day finished at about 3pm. We sent them home with hotel souvenirs and cookies that they made to give to the other teenage in their home. My boss was pleased with the whole arrangement - lega aku. Seronok jugak dapat berbakti pada masyarakat mcm ni.. dah la sumbang wang ringgit bukannye ade banyak pun..

Finally, aku dah download gambar birthday anak2 when we had the 1st birthday party in our home on 11th May 08, actual birthday is 6th May. Kiteorang buat party yg sederhana jer.. jemput sedara mara, jiran2 and kawan2 terdekat untuk memeriahkan lagi suasana disamping si kembar dapat 'mengcollect' hadiah dari guest yg datang. Party went well and meriah jugak, kebetulan Pak Lang badut dapat meluangkan masa utk tunjuk magic skill die kat budak2 yg datang n dapat free decorative baloon bawak balik. Although Khadeeja & Dinie tak berapa paham lagi about birthday celebration tapi aku dah biasekan die dengan nyanyi kan lagu Happy Birthday a week before the function pas tu tepuk tangan bile lagu abis.. so bile function day takdela diorang nampak blur jer..

Insyallah next year, umur panjang and murah rezki dapat buat lagi birthday untuk anak2 and jemput lebih ramai orang lagi. So here are the photos during the function.

Dinie

Adik Dinie - watching TV

Anak lelaki aku yg handsome tu demam since Sunday afternoon, petang ahad tu temperature die sampai 39C, aku dah pg klinik, doctor terus masuk ubat kat bontot.. pas tu die ok skit n tido jer.. pagi semalam badan die panas balik, temperature dalam 38.3C tapi aku tak leh nak amik cuti sbb last Thursday aku baru amik cuti sbb babysitter aku ade emergency kene balik Melaka sbb pak sedara die meniggal, so aku dgn berat hatinye terpaksa tinggal kan Dinie kat babysitter jgk... papa die dapat amik half day so papa die amik adik bawak pg umah mak mentua ku di Sri Andalas... petang aku balik terus pegi sane... mulut adik asyik paggil Mama..mama..mama.. sayu hati aku tengok anak aku, lemah jer.. main pun tak larat... baring jer. Tapi die nak minum susu n makan.. aku bagi ubat n letak towel basah kat kepala die. Malam aku letak air assam jawa, petua orang tua kalau demam, letak air assam jawa utk menyejukkan n serap panas badan tu. Pas tu temperature badan die ok skit. Malam about 1.30am, aku terjaga(padahal bukannye tido nyenyak sangat... anak demam tak leh nak lena sgt) bau busuk, check pampers adik, die erk...erk.. rupenye, cair... aku continue letak towel basah.. n bagi die susu. Pagi tadi die makin ok tapi ter erk...erk.. cair lagi.. aku bagi susu n ubat then antar die kat umah baby sitter, berat hati nak tinggal kan tapi terpaksa, tadi aku tepon.. babysitter aku kate die ok, tak merengek, mulot dah bising.. hopefully die dah betul recover kalau tak aku ingat nak pegi bawak jumpe Dr Tan (peditrician die yg selalu kiteorang pegi).

Risau & Malas

Hari ni aku macam nak meluahkan perasaan jap kat sini sebab bengang sangat

RISAU - sebab Khadeja lately ni tak brape nak makan n minum susu. Maybe sebab tukar susu ke (tukar Dutch Lady 123 - honey flavour), dari petang jumaat lepas, badan die mcm dedar jer bile nak malam, bagi ubat demam okay.. then esoknye jadi lagi macam tu.. sampai la monday baru okay.. nak kate die demam, die aktif mcm biase cume kdg merengek skit2. My sis said, kalau first time tukar susu, bagi flavour vanilla dont start with honey or chocalate flavour, sampai die get used to it then baru nak tukar flavour, esp honey mungkin panas skit. Babysitter aku pun complain die tak nak minum susu sangat.. orang tua tu campur dgn milo skit baru die minum. Malam tadi aku beli susu flavour vanilla, then die minum la jugak tapi tak byk.. badan die pun dah ringan aku rase. Skrg ni tiap pagi aku bagi die Appeton MultiVitamin with Lysine untuk budak2 untuk tambahkan selera makan die. Mak mentua aku ckp die nak ringankan badan sbb nak jalan kot.. Ntah la aku pun tak tau betul ke tak. Cume aku blum pegi klinik n tanye doctor jer... Khadija ni die suke nak makan bile die tengok aku or papa die tengah makan, kdg2 kalau kiteorang tengah makan roti canai ke.. nasi goreng ker.. chocolate ke die nak la, kiteorang bagi la skit. Tapi kalau bagi makanan die, mcm nestum or porridge die, susah sangat nak telan, kene layan n leka kan, tunjuk kucing la, aku kene nyanyi la... baru la die nak makan. Adik die okay, bantai jer ape yg disuap. "Khadeja ... Khadeja.. makan n minum byk skit ye nak... bole cepat besar.. jangan ikut kurus macam Mama..". " Mama takpe, mama dah besar pastu mama kene jage anak2 n uruskan rumah sebab tu mama kurus.

MALAS - sebab nak mengadap muke KExxxG kat ofis ni.. pagi ni die sound aku sebab sayur utk apartment die tak sampai lagi.. antar order list last Monday tapi smpai semalam tak sampai jugak. Die tanye kenape aku tak follow up and ask to check who's the culprit. Masalahnye budak2 kitchen n F&B tu pun malas nak layan kerenah die ni. Order brg2 die pun macam ade letak pisau kat leher - TERPAKSA LAYAN. This week punye order aku dapat list for his wife on Monday before lunch, then aku terus forward to Kit Coordinator, cc Purchasing and Room Service. masalah nye Chef tak approvekan market list yg dah di key in oleh Kit Coordinator tu on the same day, he only approve it on Tues, then only it goes to Purchasing for them to process i.e. order from supplier, supplier akan amik 1 hari untuk deliver which is hari ni. Kdg2 pk balik, bende2 mcm ni pun aku nak follow up sampai abis.. malas la byk lagi bende lain aku nak kene jage. Mangkok2 kat kitchen n F&B kalau tak remind pun tak hinggat... bende dah jadi routine pun susah nak follow up. Tu belum lagi sampai kat bini die, complain sayur tak fresh la, ape... KExxxG ni ingat die macam bagus sangat kat sini, mcam raja la orang nak layan die... kalau ko duduk kat India tu.. lagi susah hidop kau. GERAMMMMMM

My daughter Khadeja skrg ni sangatla lasak.. kalau dalam kereta dah tak suke duduk dalam car seat lame2 die mesti rimas nak keluar. Die suke bergerak2 dalam kereta, berdiri kat tingkap la, main cak2 ngan papa die yg tgh drive tu la.. so ari tu aku geram aku pakai kan seat belt. Die diam la kejap pas tu meronta ronta nak kuar.

Work Update

Lame giler aku tak update my blog... since i have my new boss, i didnt really have chance to update here. My time in office really filled up. But so far he knows that i need to leave office at 6pm latest 6.30pmto pick up my twin. Good thing about him, he is family man and really care anak bini die so he understand when i hv problem or need to send my kid to clinic etc without much question. Kadang2 aku bengang jugak dgn my boss, not really independent by himself like my previous boss. Pas tu byk sangat personal things plus office things for me to handle in a day. Well im still in process of adapting to his style of working. Bile bengang sangat rase macam nak cari keje lain tapi bile dah ok.. tak de la terpikir sangat nak cari keje. But handling an Indian boss memang challenging skit. Tapi takpe, aku cube bertahan selama mane yg bole, kalau dah tak bole, baru la angkat kaki.

Nanti aku nak update pasal my twin plak... tu kene amik mase banyak skit. Dah setahun dah my 2 little angels tu..
